Centennial CEO highlights Pulse Mining Analytics contribution to productivity

In a recent Austmine networking session in Sydney, the CEO & MD of Centennial Coal, David Moult highlighted the role of Pulse Mining Analytics in achieving productivity increases for the company.

Centennial is an underground coal miner focused on organic growth via their existing assets and therefore places a strong emphasis on productivity, where they see a major role for technologies such as automation, remote operations and tactical analytics.

Centennial Coal has invested in their own operations centre and also in Pulse Mining’s Analytics Suite to provide tactical and operational focused reporting which is presented in real-time via tactical dashboards. The dashboards have been implemented across all of Centennial’s mines and are working well, allowing the supervisors on shift to make informed decisions and significantly improving productivity.
